Main goal of supplementary education is full harmonious development of a child's personality which includes guaranteeing the right of each child to development, personal self-determination and self-realization, expansion of opportunities to satisfy various interests of children, families in the sphere of additional education, eventually, development of innovative creative capacity of the state. This purpose is humanistic tradition of national education and expresses its national oriented feature.
