The competition, organized by the Volgograd State Institute of Arts and Culture and the Volgograd Theatre for the Young, was held in May, 2020 telematically. More than 1.5 thousand talented youth from Russia, Belarus, Latvia and the Lugansk People’s Republic took part in it. The “O!” theatre represented the Donetsk People’s Republic with a performance based on V. Zheleznikov’s novel “Chuchelo” (The Scarecrow).

The professional judging panel, made up of people’s and honored artists of the Russian Federation, honored cultural workers, stage masters and designers, appreciated the stage direction and pedagogical work of the art directors, the skill and acting talent of young Donetsk actors.
