During the press conference  the acting chief of Republican service on control and supervision in education and sciences Natalya Stovba presented an innovation: automated system "Account of  the State Final Examination participants" and particularities of working with it.

"School knowledge is the subsequent base of professional knowledge and children's future depends on how well they will master the school program. The State Final Examination is independent assessment of school training level. This year the SFE performs 2 functions: as final examinations at school and as introductory into the educational organization of higher education. Children have no need to take the same subject twice. What does the introductory campaign of this year differ from previous in? First, the list of objects of the choice is expanded. Besides those which children could choose last year we added physics and geography. Secondly, the procedure of the organization the SFE is enhanced.  An automated system of registration of participants will work since this year. Pupils can give a packet of documents to schools and enter the data into an automated system. Last years’ graduates file documents and also sciences are registered in Republican service on control and supervision in education", - Natalya Stovba said.

The speaker told about work features of the automated system of registration, having noted that with its help SFE participants  will be able to learn the results as soon as examination-papers are checked that will allow to remove stress both from children and from their parents.

Also Natalya Stovba informed attendees at a press conference that this year in certificates there will be 2 marks – on 5-mark system and on a 200-mark scale. The last one will allow to estimate more objectively the level of knowledge of the entrant while admission.
