Special and sanatorium boarding schools of the Donetsk People's Republic invite children living in territories temporarily under control of Ukraine

On Wednesday, May 31, the briefing of principals of four special and sanatorium boarding schools concerning vocational education in the Donetsk People's Republic took place in Donetsk news agency.

This action took place within implementation of the Humanitarian program for reunification of the Donbass people.

The director of Donetsk special general education boarding school No. 22 Inessa Naboyeva, director of Donetsk special general education boarding school No. 19 Natalya Voronova, director of Gorlovka general education sanatorium boarding school No. 9 Elena Sendetskaya and director of Yasinovataya general education sanatorium boarding school No. 14 Lyudmila Serdyuk participated in the briefing.

Each of principals told about the contingent of pupils, education system, treatments, socialization in the educational institution.

In particular, in Donetsk SGEBS No. 22 children with locomotor system disturbances study, generally it is cerebral palsy. There are 65 children, including two – from the territory of Donbass, temporarily under control Ukraine.

Donetsk SGEBS No. 19 is a school for deaf children, unique in all territory of Donbass. In 2015-2017 pupils from different cities returned to school and now more than 80 children from different cities and settlements of the Donetsk People's Republic, and also 10 people from territory temporarily under control of Ukraine study here.

Gorlovka general education sanatorium boarding school No. 9, where children with heart diseases study, is also a unique establishment in all Donbass therefore annually children from different cities and districts arrive here. Now there are 105 children, two of them are from territories temporarily under control of Ukraine .

Yasinovataya boarding school No. 14 is a sanatorium school for the children with scoliosis. Among 88 children five people are from territories temporarily under control of Ukraine.

They stated that thanks to systemic work of professionals it is possible to achieve good results in work with the children having such difficult diseases.

Principals of educational institutions emphasized that they invite children living in territories temporarily under control of Ukraine  for education within the Humanitarian program for reunification of Donbass people.
