During the visit the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of South Ossetia and Council of ministers of the Donetsk People's Republic on mutual recognition of education and (or) qualifications is signed. The sign document has been signed by Ministers of Education and Science of the DPR and South Ossetia Evgeny Gorokhov and Natali Gassiyeva. The agreement provides mutual recognition by South Ossetia and the DPR of all types of education which are carried out in the republics and also academic statuses and degrees.

During the formal reception of delegation of the DPR Anatoly Bibilov has discussed issues of development of cooperation in education and sciences of two republics. The president has proposed to revitalize big group of children of the Donetsk People's Republic in camps of South Ossetia where children from two states will be able to get acquainted and have a rest.

Besides, at the South Ossetian state university of A. Tibilov issues of interuniversity communications and the prospects of cooperation have been discussed. The agreement that the Ministry of Education and Science of the DPR will render the feasible help South Ossetian to the state university in development of its educational and scientific base for what electronic libraries in some perspective directions of training, in particular, in the field of construction will be transferred is reached. Also, the Ministry of Education and Science of the DPR is ready to assist the colleagues in South Ossetia in preparation of scientific shots, giving an opportunity of protection of master's and doctoral dissertations by scientists from South Ossetia in dissertation councils of the DPR, and assistance in professional development, retraining of personnel by distance learning

The Minister of Education and Science of the DPR Evgeny Gorokhov has emphasized that the leading higher education institutions of the Donetsk People's Republic will readily accept entrants from South Ossetia.
