Development of effective mechanisms of interaction of authorities, heads of the industrial enterprises and representatives of the public for improvement of the education system of the Donetsk People's Republic became the purpose of the action. The round table was devoted to need of the state development strategy creation of and questions of training modern system formation of professionally focused middle-rank experts and also qualified specialists of nonprofessional occupations, needed in economy, construction, industry and agriculture of our Republic.
The Minister of Education and Science Evgeniy Gorokhov made a speech at this round table on development of the education system of the Donetsk People's Republic for solution of the tasks set by the Head of the Republic and the problem of students professional orientation formation.
"I want to emphasize only one thing – training of middle-rank specialists and personnel is very important today. We hope for collaboration with our industry, - Evgeniy Vasilyevich stated. – Now we are making the master plan - where in what regions it is necessary to train experts. In some areas we need miners, in others – mechanicals. Builders are needed everywhere for the solution of social problems, restoration of the economy destroyed by war. It is really important for us to define on what technical training colleges and technical schools we could rely, requalify them if it is necessary. Today there are not only enterprises that are being restored, but also new ones which are under construction. This is for them that we are going to train experts. Unfortunately, shutdown of enterprises caused loss of staff. And now it is necessary to restore not only quantitative potential, but also to train experts of new quality. It is absolutely other approach connected with introduction of innovative technologies on production".
Evgeniy Gorokhov particularly dwelt on an issue of training of qualitatively new experts: "Certainly it is necessary to train personnel owning the newest technologies. Here we expect help from the enterprises because material resources of many educational institutions have become outdated therefore it needs to be updated and modernized.
Heads of enterprises and municipal authorities can help us to make it. Today we have enough training staff, education process high-quality updating is necessary. And we have already begun to sign contracts with enterprises and also between the Ministry of Education and Science and industrial ministries. They can say what prospect of development in certain branch. And it means that having a state order we can very quickly react to production and housing and communal services requirements. In the construction field we have signed such contracts and have even run them. To give to the state well-qualified specialists of housing and public utilities, it means to fulfill social procurement and improve lives of our people. We are also going to make it, this is a question number one. The ministry is ready to the tasks formulated by the Head of the Republic, and I think we will get them done".
In the course of round table work the acting Minister of Industry and Trade of the DPR Alexey Granovsky, the First Deputy Minister of income and collecting the DPR Mikhail Halin made reports; heads of such large state enterprises of the Donetsk People's Republic as SE "Silur", SE "Styrene", SE "Liberti", SE "DETZ", SE "Yuzovsky Steel Works" and other leading industrial enterprises of the DPR took active part in discussion.
The resolution with offers, initiatives, remarks of participants which would be transferred to the central executive committee of Social Movement "Donetsk Republic" was adopted in conclusion of the round table.
