"All public educational institutions of secondary vocational education can enroll persons from the territory of Donetsk region temporarily under control of Ukraine on the budgetary form of education under terms equal to tthe terms of the persons living in the territory of the DPR.
For persons from the territory temporarily under control of Ukraine submission of documents is possible both personally and in electronic form. Entrants have the right to submit the application for enrollment to 3 specialties/professions into 2 educational institutions of secondary professional education", - Mikhail Kushakov emphasized.
He noted that for enrollment in educational institutions of secondary professional education it isn't obligatory to have the certificate on external independent estimation (ZNO). It is enough to show the document on education level (certificate of completion of 9 classes, certificate of completion of 11 classes, diploma/certificate on secondary professional education).
The rating of entrants depends only on the competitive point and is updated according to the submitted applications till last day of their giving. Entrants can enquire whether they are enlisted on the websites of educational institutions of secondary professional education.
