The forum took place on April 19-21 and included the following events: plenary session of the forum; XVII International conference "Buildings and Constructions with Use of New Materials and Technologies"; IV Republican conference of young scientists, graduate students, students "Scientific and technical achievements of students, graduate students, young scientists of construction and architectural branch"; an exhibition of scientific and technical developments in construction and architecture; a book exhibition of DonNASA library.
The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the DPR Sergey Naumets, the Deputy Minister of Education and Science Alexander Anopriyenko, representatives of profile ministries and departments, practicing engineers and architects, teachers, young scientists, graduate students and students took part in opening of the Forum.
Opening the International Construction Forum the rector of DonNASA, professor Nikolay Zaychenko stated that the scientific forum on the basis of the Donbass national academy of construction and architecture has been held for the second time and becomes a good scientific platform for public exchange of opinions concerning scientific and engineering decisions in the field of construction and architecture, discussion of current trends of construction and formation of tasks for perspective researches of foreign and the DPR scientists.
In a welcoming speech to participants of the Forum the Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the DPR Sergey Naumets highlighted particular importance of solution of the Republic infrastructure restoration tasks in territories affected by military operations.
The Deputy Minister of Education and Science Alexander Anopriyenko highly estimated activity of the Donbass national academy of construction and architecture in educational space of the Republic, having emphasized that DonNASA possesses an effective science organization system and successfully performs work on economic agreements which are aimed to complex restoration of our region.
On the plenary meeting according to the program of the XVII International conference "Buildings and Constructions with Use of New Materials and Technologies" 10 scientific reports were heard.
The joint report of Leonid Semchenkov, head of town planning and architecture department of Ministry of Construction of the DPR, and Timur Radionov, associate professor of architectural design and design of the architectural environment department of DonNASA aimed to develop the concept of buildings and constructions formation of social housing stock on restoration of destroyed infrastructure facilities in the cities of the Donetsk region opened a scientific session.
The following reports were presented by scientists and engineers of educational and research and production organizations of the Russian Federation in a videoconference format from Crimean Federal University and Research Moscow State University of Construction.
Special attention within the plenary session was paid to restoration of destroyed Republic infrastructure, in particular, to the question of water supply and water purification of the Republic. The director of Dongiproshakht Institute Sergey Gulko presented the complex scientific and practical review of Donbass mine waters purification issues.
The results of DonNASA and Georgian technical university's joint research for studying technological hazards of a superficial complex in subsided surface (on the example of Donbass and Tkibuli-Shaorsky region) were considered. The chief architect of LLC "Donbassky PROMSTROYNIIPROYEKT" Mikhail Samoylenko proposed innovative reinforced concrete frame buildings construction technology. At the end of the plenary session professor Sergey Vysotsky presented a complex scientific review of technogenic crisis causes both in Donbass and in the world in general.
It should be noted extensive geography of international participation in section meetings of the Forum which work continued on April 20-21. Researchers from higher educational institutions and organizations of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tver, Simferopol, Sevastopol, Bryansk, Almaty, Yakutsk, Novosibirsk, Khabarovsk, Rostov-on-Don, Luhansk, Donetsk, Horlivka were authors of 100 reports.
Researches of scientists from Europe were presented among scientific works. They are from Technical University of Košice of (Slovakia), Polytechnic Institute of Leiria (Portugal) and also various scientific and research and production companies.
The Forum was followed by an exhibition of scientific and engineering developments in the field of construction and architecture developed in the main building of Academy. At the exhibition it was possible to examine the main scientific and technical achievements of DonNASA, profile enterprises and organizations of the Donetsk People's Republic and foreign scientific and production organizations in order to exchange experience in the sphere of innovative scientific and practical solutions.
Organizers of the Forum prepared a book exhibition where was presented scientific and educational literature from funds of library of Academy which is applied both in educational process and in research activity.
