Very soon in the Donetsk People's Republic the world’s event directed to promoting the Russian language among representatives of different continents and people of all ages, Total dictation, will be held for the second time. The purpose of this action is to remind once again all of us the great value of Russian which integrates hundreds of different people and cultures. Unfortunately, for long decades Donbass was deprived of the right to fully use its native language. Kiev powers methodically created all conditions for its suppression and replacement from public life.

Three days ago rectors of the Ukrainian higher education institutions had pleasure to study the letter ultimatum of the Ukrainian educational department (No. 1/9-3 of 10.01.17) concerning accomplishment of measures on "condemnation of the communistic and national socialist totalitarian modes in Ukraine and prohibition of promotion of their symbolics". This document demands management of higher education institutions of "urgent" renaming and withdrawal of all Soviet names (of course this means Soviet, but not any other figures, dates and events).

Ukrainian educational department has recently announced primary school reforms which are officially intended to lower workload of pupils.

The analysis of key changes allows to draw an unambiguous conclusion that the Ukrainian education has finally followed a way of self-damage.

According to the Order of the organization and implementation of educational activities for educational programs of additional education of children approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the DPR of July 26, 2016 for No. 793, registered by the Ministry of Justice of the DPR of September 02, 2016 at No. 1536, the additional education of children rendered at the expense of budgetary funds it is provided free of charge.

The general education in the form of externship in the general education organizations of the Donetsk People's Republic is regulated by the Regulations on general education in the form of external studies in the general education organizations of the Donetsk People's Republic approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of 08.02.2016 No. 115 "About approval of the Regulations on general education in the form of external studies in the general education organizations of the Donetsk People's Republic", registered in the Ministry of Justice 25.02.2016 registration No. 1032.
