Three days ago rectors of the Ukrainian higher education institutions had pleasure to study the letter ultimatum of the Ukrainian educational department (No. 1/9-3 of 10.01.17) concerning accomplishment of measures on "condemnation of the communistic and national socialist totalitarian modes in Ukraine and prohibition of promotion of their symbolics". This document demands management of higher education institutions of "urgent" renaming and withdrawal of all Soviet names (of course this means Soviet, but not any other figures, dates and events).

According to the Resolution of Council of ministers of the Donetsk People's Republic of December 17, 2016 No. 13-22 the Municipal educational institution "Donetsk Lyceum "Collage" has been brought  out of submission of Donetsk City administration and transferred to jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education and Science of the DPR.

Today, on January 17,  the meeting on settlement of standard legal issues in the education and learning system took place in the Ministry of Education and Science of the Donetsk People's Republic.

Resolution of Council of ministers of the Donetsk People's Republic No.13-21of December 17, 2016 established   the size of the republican duty on licensing, issue of a copy, duplicate license, renewal, license renewal on implementation of educational activities.
