Librarians of the gymnasium СS No.1, CS No.3 held the literary game "Hurry up for good Deeds!" after the fairy tale "Magic seven-petal flower" for primary and middle school pupils. Answering quiz questions and doing a crossword puzzle, children showed knowledge of the work of art, and by means of the language analysis of the work comprehended its tendency, the writer's thoughts and feelings.

3 form's pupils CS No.3 prepared the exhibition of their drawings based on the fairy tale "Magic seven-petal flower". "The speaking exhibition under Valentin Katayev's works" in CS No. 25 helped to acquaint pupils with works of the writer which is bringing to readers a boost of morality, kindness and humanity.

The writer's books on diligence, courage, modesty and other qualities which are good for the person are of interest to readers. Such actions instill in children ability to empathize and feel pity, humanity and desire to bonify.
