Its purpose is to increase the role of bodies of student government, the organization of interaction between assets of student government. The deputy head of Shakhtyorsk administration Olga Katantseva and the head of department of education Anna Fedorenko participated in a ceremonial opening of the seniors forum.

Student government leaders delegations of city and rural schools, deputy directors for pedagogical work of the general education organizations, facilitators became participants of the forum. The representative of Education department  Natalya Goncharova told about social projects which were prepared by representatives of student government in the directions "Patriots", "Ecolife", "Yunpress", "Leader at Work", "We Choose Health". Then these projects were defended.

At the forum the Regulations on seniors city council were approved, its members were elected.
