The subject of his academic paper is "The magnetic resonance properties of connections with noncentral ions of group of iron caused by elastic deformations".

It should be noted that the scientific consultant of Vladimir Shapovalov is the scientist from Warsaw, his opponents are from Krasnoyarsk, Moscow and Donetsk.

"So far the HAC has received 125 certification cases and theses on competition of academic degrees of the doctor and candidate of science. 68 applicants have gained the diploma of the candidate of science and 18 applicants have become owners of doctor of sciences diploma", - Grigory Ignatenko stated.
