The organizing committee of the conference includes famous specialists in a perspective of development of resource reproducing, low-waste and nature protection technologies from 12 countries of Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.

The plenary session was opened by the vice rector for research of DonNTU, the Dr.Sc.Tech., professor Yury Bulgakov.  The cochairman of the organizing committee, the vice rector for the international activities FSIEI APE of "IPK TEK" of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Dr.Sc.Tech., professor Alexander Vorobyov addressed conferees with welcome speech. The reports concerning perspectives of development of fuel and energy complex of the DPR and the Russian Federation were heard; enhancements of technologies of exploitation of mineral deposits and corrupting of rocks; problems of mountain mechanical engineering. The scientific secretary of the organizing committee, the dean of mountain faculty of DonNTU, the Dr.Sc.Tech., professor Sergey Borschevsky informed attendees about work of this forum.

In addition to the plenary session the following events were held: the conference sections, the round table "Additional professional education in the sphere of fuel and energy complex", a workshop for students and graduate students "Ways of development of the modern mineral and resources universities". By results of the forum work the collection of works which materials will be included in the abstract database (RISC) has been published.

During the round table the results of the conference were summed up, perspectives of further cooperation were planned.
