The competition of works by young scientists is held annually by the Presidium of the RES in order to encourage the scientific creativity of young entomologists in the study of arthropods and the popularization of entomology. To participate in the competition Tatyana submitted a series of scientific publications devoted to the study of biological invasions in the territory of the Eastern Black Sea region, including one monograph, two reference and methodological manuals and more than 10 articles in scientific journals and collections of international conferences.

«Participation in professional scientific communities is very important for every scientist, Tatyana Nikulina emphasized. This makes it possible to organize our research more efficiently, share experience and scientific literature with colleagues, and always keep abreast of current trends in the development of the scientific field».

Awarding of the winners will take place in April this year.
