The Minister of Education and Science Larisa Polyakova, the Chairman of the Committee by education, science and culture of National Council Miroslav Rudenko, the chairman of education and science employees Union of the DPR Asya Gorshkova, the head of Voroshilovsky district administration of the city of Donetsk Vladislav Latyntsev, the acting head of administration of the city of Gorlovka Ivan Prikhodko and others participated in the action.

During the ceremony guests of honor handed student ID cards to first-year students. "You belong to the family called Donetsk academy of management and public service under the Head of the Donetsk People's Republic. I want very much that the choice which you made this summer had its continuation in good work and decent salary. It depends only on how you will do while studying. I sincerely  wish you did not regret about your choice. I know that it will be so!" – Larisa Polyakova expressed confidence.

Besides, the rector of academy Larisa Kostrovets congratulated first-year students and their parents. "This year is a year of the 25th anniversary of our organization. You will learn how rich our life is, what interesting events we hold, you will feel the atmosphere of friendship and cooperation", she assured.

Other guests also handled kind wishes. Representatives of the management of DonAMPA Lelya Baryshnikova, Vyacheslav Dorofiyenko and Larisa Kostina handed to the students a symbolical key of knowledge and wished success in study. At the end of the action the first-year students took the oath and then the prior of the St Andrew temple of the Donetsk diocese archpriest father Victor go through a dedication service and addressed himself to youth with a parting word.

The Minister of Education and Science commented the dedication ceremony. "The admissions process in the Donetsk academy of management and public service under the Head of the Donetsk People's Republic was very successful – 1 200 people became first-year students. The dedication ceremony is, first of all, acquaintance of first-year students with academy, faculty. I am sure that students chose educational institution after their own heart, they see themselves managers and I sincerely wish them to find themselves in life", – Larisa Polyakova emphasized.
