At the official action there was a Head of the Donetsk People's Republic Alexander Zakharchenko, the president of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov, the deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Kazbek Taysayev, the acting vice-chairman of Council of ministers of the DPR Dmitry Trapeznikov, the Minister of Education and Science of the DPR Larisa Polyakova, the acting First Deputy Minister of Health Tamara Tsyganok, the acting rector of Gorky DonNMU  Grigory Ignatenko.

Honors degrees to the best graduates were handed by Alexander Zakharchenko, having emphasized importance of the profession of the physician: "Today those 65 people, who couldn't receive diplomas in 2015, gain them. A profession of physicians is the most sacred, and medicine is an indicator of development of the state". Also, the Head of the Republic stated that reform of health care, within which doctors' salary will be reconsidered, will be started. "My dream is that all graduates from this higher education institution worked here, in the DPR", - Alexander Zakharchenko said.

The Minister of Education and Science Larisa Polyakova congratulated heroes of the occasion, expressed gratitude to the leaders of the Republic and guests of honor. "We with Natali Konstantinovna (editor's note: Gassiyeva N.K is the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of South Ossetia) have signed the Memorandum of cooperation and now we intend to sign the agreement. We have close communication, definite purposes and tasks now", - the minister stated and handed the Ministry of Education and Science certificates of gratitude to Anatoly Bibilov and Kazbek Taysayev.

The president of South Ossetia thanked the faculty of the medical university and emphasized high standard of knowledge of graduates. "I hope that you will put knowledge gained at your university and in the academy to worthy use in your life", - Anatoly Bibilov said.

The deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Kazbek Taysayev stated help of the president of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov to graduates of DonNMU gain diplomas of SOGMA and also expressed gratitude to the Minister of Education and Science of the DPR Larisa Polyakova. "You didn't give any reason to doubt to anybody that the matter has to be resolved", -  emphasized Kazbek Taysayev.
