First place was won by a student of Far Eastern Federal University (Russia), the third was a student from the technological university of Eindhoven (Netherlands).

According to the competition requirements, participants had to create an Android  or iOS application which uses a MATLAB/Simulink package for management or analysis of data from the sensors which are built in the smartphone. The robotic manipulator developed by Alexander Mymrikov is operated with the help of Android device. Good help to the winner diploma is the financial equivalent of victory - $1000.
