Work practice in the Russian Federation opens new opportunities for students of DonNUET

On July 13-14 the acting dean of faculty hospitality industry of Mikhail Tugan-Baranovsky Donetsk national university of economy and trade Lyudmila Krylova visited "Metropolis" confectionery factory in Armavir Krasnodar Krai (Russian Federation) on purpose of signing the contracts on cooperation and practical training by students of DonNUET on the confectionery.

Heads of confectionery spoke with heat and respect about DonNUET and expressed desire to provide production places for practical training by students of the university, students on the specialties connected with technology of the food industry, marketing, equipment food and processing industries.

During the visit issues of scientific and technical cooperation of DonNUET and CF "Metropolis" were also discussed. Collaboration in this direction will allow to increase competitiveness of "Metropolis" production and to expand possibilities of employment of students of DonNUET.

"Metropolis" confectionery occupies more than 15 years one of the leading positions among producers of sweets in the south of Russia. Today in a product portfolio which is regularly replenished with relevant novelties, there are more than 500 different types of confectionery and bakery production, frozen semi-finished products from puff pastry. Combination of the best confectionery traditions to the latest technologies, various range, strict technological and laboratory control at all production phases is guarantee of a qualitative, safe and demanded product.
