The vice-chairman of National Council of the Donetsk People's Republic Olga Makeeva, the deputy minister of science and education of the DPR Irina Simonova, representatives of the ministries and departments of the Republic, and also other guests of honor participated in the action.

Irina Simonova, addressing the graduates, said that their last year's studies were in tough time. "Those tests which have fallen to your lot have made you strong, sturdy, balanced persons. Wherever you work, whoever you become, you will never be bad people because you have seen and experienced a lot of things. Today you have a start of a new, bright, rich life. I am sure that you will live her interestingly and you will manage to realize themselves. Good luck!" – the deputy minister wished.

In her turn, the rector of DonNUET Svetlana Drozhzhina noted diligence and patriotism of young people. "We are happy that today in the hall there are the best of the best, those students who remained with us, who did not betrayed their country, who did not just study, but did best of all, participated in Academic Olympics, various competitions, in public life. We want to see you in institutions and enterprises of the Donetsk People's Republic", – she declared.

In communication with representatives of mass media the head of the higher education institution stated that all 40 graduates, who had gained the honors degree, are already employed.
