Minister of Education and Science of the DPR Larisa Polyakova, vice rector for research and methodical and academic work of DonNU Elena Skafa, dean of physics and technology faculty to DonNU Nikolay Malyuk, head of the department of physics of nonequilibrium processes, metrology and ecology named after I. L. Povkh Vyacheslav Belousov, heads of departments, representatives of Donetsk Republican institute of postdegree pedagogical education, students of the faculty  participated in the meeting.

Participants of the round table discussed the profile substantial part of the school program, the basic plan, a number of hours which are taken to Physics classes at 10-11 forms, material security of schools with the physical equipment, professional competences of modern teachers. "School teacher training is often much more important than professor training as the teacher trains children who will come here", - Vyacheslav Belousov emphasized.

"This year State Final Examination includes physics at the choice of students. I note, this subject was chosen by 600 people. Besides, at the general decrease in number of class hours we gave an hour for astronomy. Once again, I emphasize, the professional direction today is treated as high priority and we approach systemically these matters. And we have done a lot in this direction for the last two years", - the Minister of Education and Science Larisa Polyakova pointed out.

During the meeting higher education financing and graduates employment issues were discussed. "The first workplace will be for sure. Now at the Republic leaders level work on adaptation of the program of employment and distribution of graduates is being carried out", - the head of the ministry reported.

Larisa Polyakova answered questions of students, offered help in organization of scientific training, participation of young scientists in the international scientific actions. Also, the minister noted efficiency of practice of target laboratories, having called participants of the round table for activization and further work in this direction.

"The ministry works for all, but not all – for the ministry as it was before war. It is good that we sound problems. We will carry out system work with your help", - Larisa Petrovna summed up.
