In her salutary address Larisa Polyakova noted that they had come a long way and done enormous work on revival of higher education institution. "We remember what everything began with: with the destroyed buildings and audiences, from cock-a-hoop and crisis of the personnel. And today it is safe to say that all this is already in the past. Together we managed to make impossible. I want to thank the Head of the Republic for that fixed attention which he pays both to this higher education institution and all educational system. I thank all the personal, students and cadets, and also your parents. I am sure that in the future we have only growth and new achievements", - Larisa Polyakova noted.

At the festive event there was also a vice-chairman of Council of Ministers, the Minister of Inland Revenue Alexander Timofeev, the Minister of Justice Elena Radomskaya, deputies of National Council, representatives of the ministries, departments and higher education institutions of the Republic.

Besides, the most distinguished employees and students of the academy were handed certificates of honor and thanks of a number of ministries.
