In the process of meeting the participants discussed the issues of civil and patriotic education, historical and political aspects of the development of Donbass. They also shared the views on the commemoration work. Particular attention was paid to discussing the forms of further cooperation in improving the level of professional qualification of educators. The participants spoke of the possibility and necessity of organizing refresher courses for teachers of history, Russian language and literature at the Moscow Pedagogical University.

The guests visited the memorial sites of the city, laid а floral tribute to the fallen Gorlovka residents, did the exhibitions of the museum of miniature books and the art museum.
