The ceremonial event was attended by Vice-Minister of Education and Science of the DPR Victor Varyukhin, First Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce Yan Gagin, Vice President of DonNTU Artur Karakozov, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Research Ilia Navka, a designer of unmanned aircraft complexes Anton Gorokhov, as well as by the representatives of Sevastopol State University.

The partners have agreed upon cooperation in higher education, training competent staff and conducting research work as well as cultural, moral and spiritual guidance for the students.

At the event Vladimir Nechaev expressed confidence in fruitful cooperation with DonNTU, a well-developed technical center. He also added that it would bring efficiency to both partners, who may collaborate in different spheres. There have already been achieved many preliminary arrangements for joint research, educational projects and conferences, fundamental development of robotic technologies, digital intelligence, data protection and IT, digitization program and state-of-the art unmanned transportation systems.
