"Such meetings are very important personally for me and the Republic. Because we want you to understand what we are doing and, in your turn, what you want. I suggest proceeding to your questions. I will try to answer fairly all the questions you will ask", - Alexander Zakharchenko said at the beginning of the meeting.

Students of the Donetsk highest professional school of construction technologies asked the question concerning the Republic economy development directions where young specialists are needed most of all.

"In light of the situation when developed at us when many entities are destroyed or suspended we need specialists in all spheres: construction, chemical and pharmaceutical industry, agricultural industry. The main objective is to improve life in the Republic within the shortest possible time.

Specialists in metallurgy and the coal industry are needed, also we have new directions – we start the plant which will assemble buses. We strengthen agricultural industry and the chemical industry. Is further this is construction because it is necessary to recover destroyed houses and entities. We need any "skillful fingers", - answered the question the Head of Republic.

The student of Makeevka teacher training college thanked Alexander Zakharchenko for attention to secondary professional education and asked the question which interests all inhabitants of the Republic - about the prospects of peace-making on Donbass.

"As the Head of State I hope that Minsk will proceed, and we will take away the territory in a peaceful way, without fights. We have two ways – to strengthen work in the direction of negotiations in Minsk, having forced Kiev to fulfill its liabilities, the second way is military. And for today the situation which develops is fifty-fifty.

Representatives of Donetsk transport and economic college told at the meeting about those students who in 2014 left on the front. Among them there was also Alexander Kravtsov. He was at fights for Saur-Mogila, near Ilovaisk and Debaltsevо … Alexander died in February, 2015, he was killed in the battle under Logvinove. Attendees observed a moment of silence in memory of all the dead in this war.

Communicating with students, Alexander Zakharchenko told about the major choice in the human life – to protect the Homeland, about what qualities the young man shall cultivate in himself in order to become the real man: "Thanks to my destiny, my parents for having been born in this country, I live among you, fellow countrymen because any people aren't united as we are.

Guys, you are responsible for your mothers, sisters, future wives and children. And if you understand it, you are born leaders. This internal core will allow you to live correctly and fairly.

I have been always proud of the fact that I was born in the Soviet Union. I love my Homeland and I want my children to live in a normal country and nobody to mistreat them".

"We became free. And the series of other victories will be further. We received a breath of fresh air which is called freedom and having inhaled once, we  won't be able to live in a different way anymore. I consider it a victory", - the Head of the Republic answered the question about the main achievements of the student of Donetsk vocational training center.

Students of Abakumov Donetsk secondary mining school asked Alexander Zakharchenko whether the state scheme of distribution of specialists to the Republic entities will be renewed.

"Now we are carrying out education reform which concerns distributions of the first workplaces for any specialists of SPE and VPE", - the Head answered.

Representatives of technical school of chemical technologies and pharmacy were interested in chemical industry development prospects in the Republic. "Prospects are big. Now we are planning to start "Styrol" as well as a number of chemical and pharmaceutical companies", - Alexander Zakharchenko emphasized.

Answering questions of students of Shakhtersk teacher training college, the Head of Republic shared his memories of  2014-2016 events, told about the short-term plans, and his vision of the Donetsk People's Republic in some years.
