"Zvezdochka" preschool institution opening became a real holiday not only for teachers, children and parents of the residential district, but also for all the city. Of course, for the city administration which had to pass a difficult way and to perform huge work.

The acting head of the city administration Igor Marinkov addressed himself with welcome speech to the audience. There were words of gratitude from parents to the leaders of the Republic, city administration, contract organizations.

After the ceremony the head of the kindergarten Lyudmila Shcherbinina invited all attendees to an excursion round the restored building. Everybody could make sure that "Zvezdochka" is a completely updated, modern, cozy kindergarten. Little actors, pupils of kindergarten, showed their abilities during the concert.
