THE STATE DUMA

OF THE FEDERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION OF THE SEVENTH CONVOCATION

THE COMMITTEE ON ISSUES OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF INDEPENDENT STATES AND CONTACTS WITH FELLOW COUNTRYMEN

To Minister of education and science of the Donetsk People's Republic

M.N. KUSHAKOV

Dear Mikhail Nikolayevich!

On behalf of the members of the State Duma Committee on Issues of the Commonwealth of Independent States and Contacts with Fellow Countrymen, let me congratulate you and all the educators on your professional holiday – Teachers' Day!

The teaching profession is related to every family, every person. Teachers unite all of us in the desire to learn new things, to comprehend the laws of the development of human nature and society. The progress of the society and the civilization of countries is ensured and determined by the level of intelligence and education of the nation.

Teachers’ active tireless work during the formation of the Donetsk People’s Republic, aimed at educating citizens in the spirit of love to the Fatherland, high spiritual culture, respect for family and universal human values, is worth special gratitude.

We wish you health, happiness, cheerfulness, wealth and enthusiasm for doing your job! Remember that teaching is vocation, mission and heritage!

As the poet Andrey Dementiev said: «Russia is famous for Teachers – students bring glory to it!».

Happy holiday!

Sincerely yours,

Vice-Chairman of the Committee                                            K.K. Taisayev
