18 exemplary programmes of professional modules and exemplary educational programmes for subject matters of secondary professional education to receive an “Apostille” stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Donetsk People's Republic have come to Advisory council. Programs are submitted by Republican institute of postdegree education of engineering and pedagogical workers.

At the meeting of Advisory council authorized organizations of secondary professional and higher educationare were approved, other educational and scientific institutions (organizations, institutes) for taking examination of programs for the purpose of assignment of an “Apostille” stamp "Recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Donetsk People's Republic".

Advisory council has also considered three educational editions according to the program of the primary general education: the workbook for 1 form "Learn to Study" prepared by the creative group of elementary school teachers of Kuibyshevsky district, Donetsk; the manuals for 1 form "Our Abc-book" and "Our Copy-book" presented by the municipal educational institution "Specialized Physical and Mathematical School No. 17 of the City of Donetsk".

Authorized organizations of higher education, educational institutions for taking examination of educational editions according to programs of the primary general education are approved for verification and getting the “Apostille” stamp "Allowed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Donetsk People's Republic".
