In particular, during the working visit of the First Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Donetsk People's Republic Mikhail Kushakov to the North Caucasian Federal District which took place from September 11 to September 15 the cooperation agreement between the Donetsk national university, the Donetsk national medical university of M. Gorky and H.M. Berbekov Kabardino-Balkarian state university was concluded.

The first Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the DPR Mikhail Kushakov and the vice rector for international relations and innovative activity of DonNMU of M. Gorky Lyubov Volkova met the rector of KBSU Yury Altudov and the vice rector for academic work Vadim Lesev. The academician of RAS Mikhail Zalikhanov participated in the action.

The cooperation aimed at the development of educational activity of both parties became the subject of the agreement. This cooperation provides exchange of students, training, professional development of teachers and also exchange of experts for lecturing, carrying out scientific research and consultations.

Within cooperation the parties will be able to submit in common applications for participation in various international projects in priority directions of development of science, technology and equipment, to participate in common in contests and programs carried out by funds of the Russian Federation.
