The festive program of the Bryansk City Day opened with a procession of the Parade of Generations, proceeded start of the All-Russian running "International Cross-Country Championship-2017" and relay-race "Time capsule". Representatives of the DPR became witnesses of laying the Message to Descendants of 2067 capsule on Druzhby Avenue.

Besides, heads of institutions of additional education of the Republic visited the Open Day in Yu. A. Gagarin Bryansk regional Palace of children's and youth's creativity, visited the memorial Hatsun complex created in the memory of the villages and villages destroyed by fascists, had an excursion on Alexey Tolstoy's estate located in the village Krasny Rog.

For the purpose of experience exchange the delegation of the DPR examined the search and local history work organized in MBOU "Bryansk High Comprehensive School No.59" visited the interactive school museum allowing children to study productively the main stages of history of the area and discussed with colleagues patriotic education of pupils which is implemented through the system of the educational organizations, institutions of additional education, movement of young patriots, museum work and search work.
