This statement has nothing in common with reality and is a primitive fake designed to draw, most likely, public attention both to this character and to the organization which he represents. It is extremely remarkable that in his speech Tuk did not give any concrete example of similar blocking.

The Donetsk People's Republic is the state respecting inalienable right of each citizen to the native language and culture.

Today system studying of the Ukrainian language and literature continues in the educational organizations of the Republic. Besides, on a constant basis there take place events for professional development of the Ukrainian philology teachers to which teachers from Donbass territories temporarily under control of Ukraine are also regularly invited.
