This order determines the mechanism of carrying by the Republican Employment Centre competitive selection of educational organisations, for organisation professional education, for unemployed, job seekers and their living using the DPR unemployment fund

Such selection will take place no more than once a year, the selection announcement will be published in the Republican mass media. In the period specified in the competitive selection announcement the Republican Employment Centre receives and registers proposals of organisations engaged in educational activity.

According to the selection commission results, certain treaties will be made with selected organisations.
