Donetsk dictation was written today by more than 5 thousand people. The deputy minister of science and education of the Donetsk People's Republic Irina Simonova became the announcer of the dictation.

"I am glad to welcome all participants of the Donetsk dictation which will become one more step showing how much you are clever, competent, sociable. I hope, all of you will get pleasure from participation in this educational event. This year we have invited to take part in Donetsk dictation both inhabitants living in the territory temporarily under control of Ukraine and Russian-speaking citizens living in the territory of other countries, so today Donetsk dictation for the first time came to the international level for the first. I hope that all of you will love this very soft, sincere, lyrical text", - Irina Simonova noted.

The rector of RIAPE Alexey Chernyshev, the head of the Russian department  of philological faculty of DonNU Vyacheslav Terkulov addressed welcome speeches the participants of the action. The people's artist of the Donetsk People's Republic Dmitry Fyodorov performed the song "My Fatherland, Donbass!".

As the manager of Russian department of RIAPE Larisa Melnikova has emphasized, over 5 thousand people had been registered for participation in Donetsk dictation. They are mostly residents of various cities and regions of the Donetsk People's Republic. Also representatives of Germany, Canada, Hungary, Israel participate in this action.

In total within the "Donetsk Dictation" in the Republic there were more than 50 sites, 18 of them were in Donetsk where RIAPE became the site No. 1.

The author of the text which is called "The Donetsk spring", is the professor of Russian department of philological faculty of DonNU, the young Donetsk poet Maria Panchyokhina.
