Representatives of executive and legislative powers, education institutions, medicine and culture, public organizations of the DPR, the LPR and the Russian Federation also joined discussion of the subject.

Larisa Polyakova commented on the course of Donbass and Russia integration in the sphere of education. "The hatred ideology propagandized by the Ukrainian side is alien to us. We will always hallow national traditions and family values therefore we can say that integration of Donbass and the Russian Federation began from the very first day of existence of the Donetsk People's Republic. We are immensely grateful to all who help our children, help the people of Donbass. For three years our children have become winners of international competitions and Academic Olympics: school students have brought about 40 victories to the Republic for this term", – the Head of the profile ministry said.

She added that now development of secondary and higher education is high priority. "No kopeks were given 25 years weren't allocated for technical schools. And now we are doing our best to restore this sphere. As for higher education, it is important to note that there has never been such activity in the international cooperation as today. We are perceived as partners and we are especially grateful for it. Within humanitarian and cultural integration of Donbass and Russia we hold every week joint events and, that is especially important, we develop scientific interaction", – Larisa Polyakova emphasized.

In confirmation of this the chairman of the Highest certifying commission at the Ministry of Education and Science of the DPR Grigory Ignatenko reported on international students and teachers exchange programs, formation of joint dissertation councils, need of experience exchange in the field of military medicine.

Besides, the chairman of the Union of Theater Professionals, of the Donetsk People's Republic Natalya Volkova specified that today for cooperation 11 regions of the Russian Federation have been defined. At the same time, since November, 2016, the number of joint actions has doubled, more than 500 events are planned to be held until the end of the year.

In his turn, the chairman of Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea for education, science, youth policy and sport Vladimir Bobkov paid attention that Donbass shows good results, despite of severe conditions in which the Republic is developing today.
