"The Donbass people reunion Humanitarian Program in education is implemented in the following directions: organization of free training, including remote one, in institutions of the higher professional, secondary professional education; assistance to graduates of educational institutions in employment; organization of school training for persons with limited opportunities of health.
All state educational organizations of higher education can enroll the citizens living in territories under control of Ukraine on the budgetary and contract forms of education, the HPO educational organizations of private ownership – only on the contract.
On the website Humanitarian program for Donbass people reunification " there is the list of the educational organizations of the higher and secondary professional education of the Donetsk People's Republic which can provide to the entrants living in the territory under control of Ukraine, the corresponding educational services.
Enrollment on training is carried out on a competitive basis. The entrant submits personally the application for participation in a competition or in electronic form on e-mail of the educational organization with obligatory providing originals of documents on education at the recommendation to enroll", - the Minister said.
Larisa Polyakova has emphasized that the results of the External Independent Estimation (EIE) from 2016 and 2017 are equated to results of the State Final Examination (SFE).
Registration of entrants in organizations of higher education will begin since June 26, in educational institutions of secondary professional education - since July 1.
"Today more than 700 students from the territories temporarily under control to Ukraine study in the Donetsk People's Republic educational institutions of secondary professional education. 213 people of these entered in 2016", – the Minister noted.
Larisa Polyakova reminded about the MES DPR "hot line" on the "Humanitarian program for Donbass people reunification", having emphasized calls "geography": They come from residents of Mariupol, Ukrainsk, Avdeyevka, Ugledar, Krasnyi Lyman, Artemovsk, Velikonovoselkovka and Volnovakha areas and other settlements. It is also remarkable that residents of Ukraine, in particular, of Kharkiv, Kiev, etc. address to the "hot line".
