All pupils of the boarding school, their parents, the staff gathered in the assembly hall where the New Year tree is fixed.

"Dear children! I have arrived to you to congratulate you on a holiday, to hand gifts from Saint Nikolay and to wish you the most important thing – health! Be healthy, clever, and we, adults, will take care of you", - Larisa Polyakova addressed the pupils of boarding school.

Teachers told about history of this holiday, held competitions and quizzes. Larisa Petrovna also participated in games with children that caused the mass of positive emotions. In their turn, children read verses, sang songs.

"From now the series of New Year's holidays begun, these are the days loved by all children. But children to who we visited today deserve special attention: these are children with limited physical capacities. The conditions are fine in here, children develop, and gain knowledge, there is a unique medical block where they strengthen their health. I am grateful to all the personnel for love and care they surround children with", - the Minister of Education and Science commented.

In the end of the visit Larisa Polyakova interacted with children,  found warm words for everyone.
