Project objectives:

- informing wide circles of population on activities of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Donetsk People's Republic and subordinated organizations;

- informing the public on questions connected with the legislation, fundamental documents regulating education and science;

- expansion of educational space, involvement students, students, parents, teachers, scientists in process of coauthor ship;

- professional orientation work directed to promoting of organizations of the higher and secondary professional education, specialties which can be received;

- assistance to civil, patriotic education of youth;

- publicizing of scientific activities of the organizations representing academic and industry science, new projects and urgent developments;

- assistance to all-round development of the child, organization of useful leisure, promoting the system of additional education of children;

- education of love to the  Russian language and culture, increase of youth literacy level.

In the Educational Vector program the following headings are provided:

- "Firsthand";

- "This week";

- "Our people";

- "Compass in the world of professions";

- "Special approach";

- "We speak correctly";

- "We expand horizons" and others.

Thanks to the "Educational Vector" project everyone can learn about the main activities of the Ministry of Education and Science, hear comments on current questions of the Minister of Education and Science Larisa Polyakova and deputy ministers, to learn about features of holding the State Final Examination, admissions campaign; about republican and international contests for students, teachers and their winners; about progressive techniques and technologies applied in the educational organizations of all levels; about rich student's life, development of science, bright events in the educational sphere, international cooperation in the fields of education and science; to learn about creative persons, to adopt good practice, etc.

Broadcast schedule:

Weekly, on Thursdays, at 20:00, with subsequent repetitions (10 times) in the next few days; duration – 20-30 min. Each release of the program is provided on a video hosting of YouTube and the official site of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Donetsk People's Republic.

The first broadcast was transmitted on the First Republican TV channel on September 4, 2015.
