The ceremonial opening of the Memorial to the fallen civilians of the city of Gorlovka was held on Thursday, July 27. Inhabitants and city visitors, representatives of the bodies of legislative and executive power, heads of the ministries and departments of the Donetsk People's Republic got together to honor memory of those who had innocently died.
The chairman of National Council of the DPR Denis Pushilin and the acting head of administration of the city of Gorlovka Ivan Prikhodko also participated in the action.
