Middle ranking experts qualifications list of secondary professional education specialties recommended for disabled persons and individuals with disabilities taking into account violations of functions and restrictions of their activity has been approved according to the Resolution of Council of ministers of the Donetsk People's Republic of December from17, 2016 No. 13-20.
As it is noted in the text of the Resolution, this list is approved "for the purpose of assistance of rehabilitation of persons with limited opportunities of health in society, ensuring availability of receiving secondary professional education, and also employment of citizens of the specified category".
